Florida Residential was founded in 2021 with one clear mission: to make property management feel seamless and enjoyable. We proudly serve single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and luxury rentals with the same high level of care and attention to detail. As a broker-owned firm, we blend local market know-how with personalized service designed to maximize every client’s investment—or help them settle comfortably into their forever home. Over the last 22 years, my experience has afforded me many opportunities and lessons that have developed me both personally and professionally through a considerable amount of trial and error, off the wall scenarios, countless repairs, complaints, court cases and more! I started off as a newbie in the industry, then I became a senior PM, then on to a Regional Director of Operations. I have many long term clients who are still with me today who I now consider friends! I have learned that what people (not just clients) value most is compassion, care, concern and trust! I am dedicated to the satisfaction and care of each person that I encounter, whether they become a client or not. We manage single family residential properties (homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes).
Yes, we provide a comprehensive condition report through a 3rd party vendor.
*Depending on your management agreement with us, there may be a charge for this.
Yes! We provide an attorney approved lease on your behalf.
Yes! Or, you can provide us with photos as long as you own the rights to them.
*Drone photography may be an additional cost
Yes! Tenants must provide proof of renter's insurance before they move in.
Yes! We adhere to Fair Housing requirements and conduct a thorough background and credit screening of potential tenants. You can find more information in our Docs section regarding our "Rental Criteria".
Yes! We place your property into the MLS, as well as, top marketing sites such as Zillow, HotPads, Trulia, and more all at no additional charge!
Yes! We generally release rental proceeds on or around the 10th of every month, provided the Tenant has made payment on time.
Once we have received your signed contract and the "repair reserve" deposit, we can start immediately!
