However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services and want to cancel with us, you may cancel your management agreement without penalty at any time with 30 days notice.

Conditions of This Guarantee:
Provide us with a written 30 days notice, so we can wrap up any outstanding service issues and/or invoices, and have time to prepare your file. All outstanding invoices must have been paid.
Conditions of This Guarantee:
This guarantee applies only to tenants placed directly by Florida Residential. It does not extend to tenants we have inherited or taken over from previous management.
The guarantee does not apply if a tenant must vacate due to military orders or job-related transfers.
We stand by our tenant placement process. That’s why we guarantee that any tenant we place will remain in the property for at least ten (10) months—or we’ll find a replacement at no additional cost to you. We believe you should never have to pay twice for tenant placement, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable leasing experience.

We handle everything upfront at no cost to you, including:

✔ We take care of all paperwork and lease agreements.
