Unlike many property management companies that require you to request pricing, we prioritize transparency by providing our pricing upfront. While every property is different, we’ve designed our pricing structure to be clear, simple, and easy to follow.

$0 Upfront Fees

  • 7% of rent collected

    $250 one time fee when taking on a new property that already has a tenant in place.

  • 50% of one month’s rent

    *Minimum of $800
